We were delighted to conduct a Psychosocial Support (PSS) and Stress Management session at HEXALebanon, located in ABC Verdun, led by our esteemed therapist, Ms. Rachel Keirouz. This session focused on equipping participants with essential skills to effectively manage stress, build emotional resilience, and enhance their overall well-being. Through interactive activities and expert guidance, attendees gained practical tools to navigate challenges and support themselves and others during difficult times.
